ERP project manager (F/M)

TOPTICA Photonics SAS, world leader in the design and manufacture of high-tech fiber lasers, is the French subsidiary of the TOPTICA group. Our recent integration into the TOPTICA group has led us to migrate our information system to Navision/BC SaaS solution. As part of this project, we are looking for our future ERP project manager to coordinate all activities linked to this migration.

As the overall project manager in collaboration with corporate project manager and partner:

  • You ensure that the project stays on schedule and within allocated budget.
  • You identify and reduce risks, alerting the steering committee if necessary and proposing alternative solutions.
  • You organize regular project reviews with different parties involved and coordinate the efforts of internal teams and external consultants.
  • You manage the extraction of data from existing databases (Access, VB) and the existing ERP (Dolibarr), then transfer them to Navision.
  • You monitor and evaluate the performance of the system after implementation and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You will then be responsible for all the subsidiary's information systems, including the maintenance and development of PLM, EDM and, more generally, the digitization of the company's processes.

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in computer engineering and/or a university diploma in network administration and/or IT project management.
  • You have 5 to 10 years' experience in project management and deployment of ERP comparable to Navision BC, in an industrial and international context.
  • You must be familiar with tools such as DevOps, MS Project and MS Office Confluence, DMS
  • Your interpersonal and communication skills will facilitate your interactions with all teams and service providers. And your teaching skills will enable you to collaborate with users.
  • You're responsive, organized and service-oriented.
  • English is essential to meet the Group's international requirements.

  • Full-time permanent contract (CDI).
  • Salary of 50/70 k€ gross per year depending on profile and experience.
  • Starting date: as soon as possible.
  • Lunch vouchers: €9.50 (employee share €3.80 - company share €5.70).
  • Health additional insurance: 50% covered by the company.
