Laser Service Engineer (M/F)

To strengthen our service department, we are looking for a dynamic and talented laser service engineer.

Job description:
As part of our service team, you will support our customers, and be in charge of maintenance and repairs for the Group's products and more specifically a product line from the parent company.

Your role will be to:

  • Support customers in need of technical assistance, corrective or preventive maintenance
  • Install, diagnose, repair, adjust and test equipment on customer premises or in the workshop
  • Maintain customer relations and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development and manufacturing processes
  • Maintain your technical knowledge of the various equipment and their evolution

Your profile:

  • You are an optic engineer, with 5 years’ experience, ideally in the laser technology (diode lasers, fiber laser).
  • You are fluent in English
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills

  • A full-time permanent contract (CDI) starting asap in Pessac (Bordeaux area, France), travel in France and Germany to be expected.
