Diode lasers fulfill the technical requirements to perform holography and lithography applications at all established wavelengths, as well as new wavelengths. TOPTICA offers sophisticated diode lasers with unique features in the UV and RGB (visible) wavelength range. They are available with sufficient output power to support holography:
